Data Management and Analysis Core
The DMAC will collaborate with CNP-SPR Project investigators and our partnering communities in the Northern Plains to ensure that all relevant data are clearly organized, well documented, easily accessible and respect the principles of tribal data sovereignty. A user-friendly DMAC web portal on the CNP-SRP website will allow users with different security levels – public, CNP-SRP investigators, trainees, and administrators – to search, view, enter, or edit data on individual databases as appropriate. The DMAC will support the application of existing methods and the development of new methods for analysis in service of the CNP-SRP’s goals, take steps to ensure the reproducibility of all findings, and create educational resources for investigators, trainees, citizen scientists, and community members.
