For AV Support of Mailman School Spaces in ARB, Haven, Building 600, P&S 16 Conference Room

- A technician is available to help you set up your AV equipment for a class or meeting, or to troubleshoot an AV emergency.
- We support all Mailman public classrooms and event spaces. Each of these spaces has different AV capabilities. Capabilities are listed by room in the School's Robin Room Reservation Application (login required).

Support Provided
- Assisting faculty member or event organizer in setting up equipment laptop, mics, etc.
- Troubleshooting and isolating technical problems with AV systems, media systems and computers
- If possible, expediting equipment substitutions in the case of system failures
- Working with faculty member or event organizer to identify third party AV vendors as needed.
Room Reservations
The School uses the Robin Powered application to reserve time in all of our shared event and meeting rooms. While our academic departments and offices review and approve reservations for the rooms on their floors, reservation requests for all shared spaces are made via the app:

For a Special Event
If you need tech support for a special event, please set up an appointment to review your needs and book support at least two weeks in advance.
Training
Group training sessions for using technology in a room will be held at the beginning of each academic year. Training sessions can also be scheduled at any other time of the year. Please email Simon Mak to receive training on a room.
Advisories
Immediate support is provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Therefore, we strongly recommend notifying MPSH-AV of your event in advance and that you get trained in the equipment as a contingency plan. Room training can be scheduled with the AV Manager, and is highly recommended for Teaching Assistants and Faculty.

Live Streaming
To have your event live-streamed please contact the AV manager at least two weeks in advance of your event date to discuss scheduling availability and event details.
