Room Reservations

Standard Reservation Process

The Columbia Mailman School uses RobinPowered Room Reservation Software to book classrooms, conference rooms, events spaces, and short-term desks in our buildings. Columbia Mailman Faculty, staff, and students can access the Robin application using their Microsoft 365 Online email credentials.

Additional Rooms

All members of the Columbia Mailman School Community can make reservation requests for the additional spaces in the Allan Rosenfield Buildng (722 West 168th Street, NYC) for an event, class or meeting. For these spaces, initial booking and modification requests require room administrator approval. After you have submitted a request in Robin (using your Microsoft 365 Online email credentials), and your request has been reviewed by an administrator and approved/denied, you will receive a confirmation email.

Hess Commons is a large, multi-purpose space, located on the main floor of the Allan Rosenfield Building. The room administrators are Megan Kujawa (reviews requests from academic departments, faculty and staff), Estela Vallejo (reviews requests from student organizations), and Emily Parkington (reviews requests for the booking of all classes in Hess Commons).

The 8th Floor Auditorium provides stadium style seating and multi media equipment for about 125 people in the Allan Rosenfield Building. It is managed by Operations ManagmentMegan Kujawa reviews requests from academic departments, faculty and staff and anyone unaffiliated with Columbia Mailman School looking to rent the space.
