Our distinguished panelists shared their insights on the disease and current health systems response; epidemiological predictions of the outbreak; and the ethical dilemmas related to the outbreak.

The seminar highlighted the need for reconceptualizing response to humanitarian emergencies to include attention to non-communicable disease, reproductive health needs, chronic communicable disease such as HIV and he needs of relief workers themselves.
