April 10, 2026 - Health Policy Case Competion
VPHS hosted their first-ever health policy case competition! Students from across Mailman’s departments came together to pitch thoughtful, creative solutions to some of the biggest challenges facing rural health care and public health. Across the presentations, we saw ideas that reflected many strategies gaining momentum across the field, including community health worker models, integrated care networks, workforce pipeline development, community engagement, and stronger infrastructure for care coordination. Congratulations to our top 3 teams!
