The Columbia SHARP (Skills for Health and Research Professionals) Program at Columbia University provides high-impact, skills-based professional development to researchers, clinicians, and decision-makers across academia, industry, and government.

Since launching in 2017 with just five trainings and approximately 100 attendees, SHARP has grown to deliver 30+ trainings annually, reaching more than 1,000 participants each year from over 100 global institutions and government bodies.
