The Insider Conversation: Founders x Ventures
We brought together an incredible group of founders and venture leaders who are actively building, investing, and shaping the future of healthcare and innovation. From early-stage founders to experienced investors across digital health, impact investing, and venture capital, this lineup reflects the real people driving today’s startup ecosystem. Founders and venture leaders included Rachel Parlier, Hattie Brown, Stephanie Campbell, HPM alum Rocky Seftel, Akash Kapoor, and Bob Voreyer.

Healthcare Wellness Social
HPM alum Kosha Rakholia lead a grounding and energizing yoga session. It was a great reminder of the importance of slowing down and making space for both physical and mental reset, especially in the middle of a busy semester.
CHV Innovation Fellowship
Inaugural fellows participated in an intensive educational series designed to prepare them for real-world work at the intersection of healthcare innovation, startups, and venture capital. We kicked off with Amanda Sussex, who walked us through go-to-market strategy in digital health and what it takes to sell to payers, providers, and employers. Maria Forero, MPH, CPA, then shared insights on scaling startups, business operations, and the growing role of AI in innovation. Next, Professor Jon Gordon introduced fellows to the fundamentals of venture capital with VC Math 101, breaking down how investors evaluate deals. We wrapped up the series with Les Funtleyder, who led a session on investment fundamentals, due diligence, and what makes a strong founder.
