Dr. Lee's research interest is in the implementation of novel designs for early stage trials. She is particularly interested in the development of novel statistical methods for targeted and immunotherapeutic cancer agents, such as methods that incorporate adverse events types and grades for early stage trials, methods for summarizing the toxicity burden of patients and extensions of the continual reassessment method that allow for the specification of different tolerance levels for different adverse event types and grades. In addition, Dr. Lee has over ten years of experience in statistical consulting. She has assisted numerous investigators from a variety of medical disciplines in the design, conduct and analysis of clinical studies.
