    • Manage the design and development of online and/or hybrid courses for new online programs, certificates and ad hoc offerings across a variety of departments and audiences
    • Collaborate closely with faculty and TAs in conjunction with multimedia developers to clearly articulate the goals, assessments, activity paths, learning objects and content for each new course 
    • Identify the pedagogical best practices and supporting educational technologies needed to effectively execute course mission

    • Collaborate with faculty to understand the vision for each course and work within project scope to create high quality, inclusive and accessible audio, video and interactive lessons, as well work to define distinct and creative approaches to content creation

    • Supports and promotes the integration of technology into instructional delivery, leading to enhanced student utilization and improved student achievement
    • Supports research-based best practices regarding instructional technology
    • Creates asynchronous online content to make it engaging and informative
    • Utilizes knowledge of LMS capabilities to recommend delivery strategies that yield a rich and dynamic user experience 
    • Technical support contact during live sessions of Advanced MPH Online program courses
