EHS Room Reservations
EHS currently maintains four meeting spaces: ARB 11th floor classroom (Room 1101), ARB 11th floor conference room (Room 1102), ARB 11th floor small conference room (Room 1100A), and P&S 16th floor conference room (Room 16419). To request the use of the ARB 11th floor classroom (Room 1101) or the ARB 11th floor conference room (Room 1102), submit a room request on Robin. To request the use of the ARB 11th floor small conference room (Room 1100A), or for general EHS room booking questions, please email Brandy Coleman. To book the P&S 16th-floor conference room, use the Google calendar for 60-minute time slots or email Carolina Montes Garcia for longer bookings.

Environmental Health Sciences Department Resource Sites
The main resource repository for Environmental Health Sciences at Mailman is located on two Sharepoint sites:
- Environmental Health Sciences Department Resource site: this site is for all active EHS employees in the department. Active employees are automatically granted access to this site by central admin staff shortly after their hire date. To access the site, use your UNI credentials.
- Environmental Health Sciences Faculty-only Resource site: this site is for all faculty members with primary appointments in EHS. Faculty members are automatically granted access to this site by central admin staff shortly after their hire date. To access the site, use your UNI credentials.
