Professor Yuna Lee
Professor Yuna Lee, together with HPM Executive MHA student and emergency medicine physician Dr. Ben-zion Rotter and recent HPM graduate Anupam Sharma (MPH 26’), recently authored pieces in Health Affairs Forefront and Becker’s Healthcare on physician leadership in complex health systems. Using emergency medicine as an exemplar, the articles highlight the importance of systems-level leadership skills for physicians.
Dr. Adam Sacarny
Adam Sacarny's paper, "Prescription Drug Monitoring Program Reminder Emails, Program Use, and Prescribing: A Randomized Clinical Trial" (December 19, 2025), was selected as a JAMA Network Clinical Trial of the Year, and featured on the newly launched JAMA+ Trials.
Dr. Matthew Neidell
Dr. Matthew Neidell's research finds that community water fluoridation (CWF) is not associated with significant changes in birth weight—a widely accepted indicator of infant health and a predictor of later-life outcomes. The findings provide reassurance about the safety of fluoridated drinking water during pregnancy. Learn more here.
