CCCEH respects your privacy. Information you provide for automated text messaging or emails sent through our Columbia-approved platforms, including your mobile phone number, email address, and communication preferences, will be used only for approved study-related communications and activities.
Your mobile phone number and other personal information will be used only by authorized study staff and Columbia-approved platforms that support study communications. We do not sell or share your mobile phone number, consent to receive SMS messages, or other personal information with third parties or affiliates.
Contact information will be stored in secure databases in accordance with applicable Columbia University privacy and information-security requirements.
Terms and Conditions
By agreeing to receive automated text messages or emails through our Columbia-approved platforms, you may receive study-related communications, such as appointment reminders, questionnaire or survey links, study updates, and newsletter links.
Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply to text messages.
You may opt out of automated text messages at any time by replying STOP or asking study staff to stop sending automated text messages. You may also ask study staff to stop sending automated emails.
