Throughout the year, Mailman School groups host a wide variety of events from lecture series and award ceremonies to film screenings and student group meetings. Once an event is ready for promotion, event managers can submit their event to the calendar and the lobby digital signage. Fill out the online Event Project Plan checklist to take advantage of additional support from the Office of Communications for public events, and the Event Project Plan (PDF) for private events.

Event Transmission & Social Media - Events submitted to the Mailman School Calendar by noon on the Thursday prior to the week in which it falls will be considered for social media promotion and included in the Event Transmission email, a weekly (Monday to Monday) email digest of events sent during the academic year. Student events that have been published on Engage will be automatically added to the list.
