Emergency Services Resource Assessment Tool (ESRAT) User Agreement 

The Emergency Services Resource Assessment Tool (ESRAT) and its related documents are pre-publication tools produced by the Columbia University sidHARTe – Strengthening Emergency Systems Program (sidHARTe) team in the Heilbrunn Department of Population and Family Health at Columbia Mailman School of Public Health. Use of this tool must be attributed in the following ways: 

  • Full citation of the tool must be included initially in any publication stemming from or including use of the tool as follows, and may be abbreviated after: 
  • Columbia University,  sidHARTe – Strengethening Emergency Systems; Emergency Services Resource Assessment Tool (ESRAT) 
  • The sidHARTe logo must remain present on any physical or digital copies of the tool, including in the event of modifications. An image of the logo is included below. 
  • In the event of modifications, the user agrees to provide a copy of the modified document to sidHARTe. sidHARTe retains the right to reproduce and distribute the modified document with attribution given to the user as applicable.
