¡Cocinar Para Su Salud!: Cook For Your Health!
Cocinar Para Su Salud! tested the effects of a 9-session (24 hours over 12 weeks) dietary intervention on increasing fruit/vegetable and decreasing fat intake among Latina breast cancer survivors living in New York City. We partnered with the NYC-based non-profit, Cook For Your Life. The study was funded by the National Cancer Institute (R21CA152903, PI: H Greenlee).

Acupuncture to treat aromatase inhibitor-induced arthralgia in women with early stage breast cancer (S1200)
This is a randomized, blinded, sham- and waitlist-controlled trial of a standardized acupuncture protocol to treat aromatase-inhibitor induced arthralgias (R01AT006376, PI: D Hershman). The study is being conducted within SWOG, a member of the National Cancer Institute Cancer Clinical Trial Network.

Pathways Study
The Pathways Study is a longitudinal cohort study of 4,505 women with breast cancer diagnosed within Kaiser Permanente Northern California (R01CA15274, PI: L Kushi). The primary aims of the study are to examine the effects of lifestyle factors on breast cancer prognosis and survival. Study participants provide detailed information about diet, physical activity and use of complementary and alternative therapies.

Feasibility of a weight loss intervention among female cancer survivors in SWOG
This study will test the feasibility of conducting a weight loss intervention within SWOG using exercise, dietary change, and telephone-based behavioral counseling.
