This February 20th-22nd, a powerful self care workshop is coming to Columbia University. Yesplus (Your Enlightened Side plus) Workshop, developed by the International Association for Human Values, supports individual and campus community health, social connection, and resilience so that students can achieve personal and professional success as compassionate and service-minded leaders of tomorrow.
Offered to students in universities nationally (e.g., Stanford University), around the world (France, Germany, Argentina, India, Mongolia, China, Brazil, Paraguay, Canada, South Africa, England, etc.), and at a variety of organizations and corporations such as Google and the World Bank, the Yesplus workshop is designed to help you:
- increase energy
- reduce stress and improve sleep
- learn practical skills to avoid emotional and mental burnout
- increase productivity and efficiency
- improve focus (and decrease procrastination)
- deepen communication and interpersonal connection
- sharpen awareness and critical thinking
- develop healthy food habits
- and more!
This 3-day workshop will be held on Friday, 2/20 5-9pm, Saturday, 2/21 and Sunday, 2/22 10am-5pm. Normally offered for $250.00, a special offer of just $40 for all Columbia students upon completing a brief application that can be found here: http://tinyurl.com/lz8ulh3.
