Presents: Dr. Susan Rubin

Discussing: "What interventions may improve Bronx adolescents' access to IUDs in primary care sites?"

Dr. Rubin will discuss her research with Bronx primary care providers around their clinical practice with IUDs and teens. Her work has identified potential individual provider focused and clinic systems level barriers that may be addressed in order to increase teens' IUD access in primary care. During this lunch-time gathering Dr. Rubin will discuss her work and then lead an interactive discussion about behavior change interventions.

Speaker:
Susan Rubin MD, MPH is a family physician and clinical researcher at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in the Bronx. Dr. Susan Rubin is also an assistant professor of family and social medicine at Yeshiva University. Dr. Rubin's focuses on improving the quality of, and access to reproductive health care in primary care.
