Former New York Times columnist and bestselling author Mark Bittman, currently a lecturer at Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health, is hosting a lecture series on the food justice movement, connecting the dots between the food system, public health, and health policy. Guest speakers--food experts, labor advocates, and environmental activists--will explore the impact of health disparities, nutrition, and climate change on our food security and supply.
