Student Life Event
Students for Environmental Action (SEA)
Open to the Columbia Community
Please join Students for Environmental Action (SEA) for an engaging discussion between Dr. Diana Hernandez (SMS), who studies issues related to energy efficiency in low-income households, and Dr. Darby Jack (EHS), who studies the health effects of exposure to indoor air pollution from biomass fuels. This participatory event will be better than a lecture and more than a conversation, so feel free to bring your own questions related to energy use and health!
An Ethiopian lunch will be served.
SEA promotes environmental awareness at CUMC, is the voice of students for environmental concerns, and encourages everyone to engage in sustainable practices.
